Privacy Policy – RexStick Stickers

1. Overview & Acceptance of Terms

This Privacy Policy is a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and RexStick Studio (“We”, “Us”, “Our”), developer of the Android sticker & emoji application RexStick Stickers (the “App”). RexStick is a lightweight chat sticker tool providing static, animated emojis and meme packs for social sharing.

By downloading, installing, opening, browsing sticker packs or using the built-in share function of RexStick Stickers, you fully acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to all data handling rules within this document. If you disagree with any provision, you must uninstall RexStick and stop all usage immediately.

This policy complies with Google Play User Data Policy, Google Data Safety standards, U.S. federal and state privacy laws including COPPA, CCPA/CPRA, CalOPPA, and EU GDPR for users in EEA, UK and Switzerland.

2. Permission Statement: Zero System Permissions

All emojis, stickers and graphic assets are pre-packaged inside the App installation file. RexStick will never read, scan, upload or modify any photos, videos, chat records, documents or private files stored on your device local storage.

The share function only invokes the native Android system sharing framework. We cannot view, track or obtain any content you send to third-party chat platforms via sharing; all shared content is governed by the privacy policy of the receiving application.

3. Categories of Information We Collect

We only collect anonymous non-personal technical data without unique user identifiers, plus voluntary feedback you actively submit to our support channel. No sensitive personal data is collected under any circumstances.

3.1 Voluntarily Submitted User Information

• Feedback text, bug descriptions and device notes you submit via the in-app support form to report loading errors, display failures or content issues.
• Optional email address you provide solely for our support team to send written follow-up replies to your service tickets.
• Local lightweight favorite sticker collections saved exclusively on your device; this preference data will not be uploaded to cloud servers by default.

3.2 Automatically Collected Anonymous Technical Data

• Device hardware metadata: device brand, Android OS version, RexStick app build version.
• Anonymous Google Advertising ID (GAID): used only to serve non-personalized contextual advertisements, no user profiling or cross-device tracking.
• De-identified crash logs and performance statistics: anonymized error stack traces to fix App loading and display bugs; logs contain zero private media or user file content.
• Aggregated anonymous usage metrics: sticker browse frequency, favorite collection click counts; aggregate statistics cannot be linked back to a single unique user or hardware device.

3.3 Data We Never Collect Under Any Circumstance

RexStick Stickers will never capture real full names, phone numbers, bank/credit card financial information, government identity documents, contact lists, geolocation coordinates, camera images, microphone audio, biometric data, private chat history or local gallery media files.

4. Lawful Purposes for Data Processing

All data processing activities are limited to narrow legitimate business interests to maintain and optimize the App service. We will not reuse your anonymous data for unrelated commercial marketing without separate written opt-in consent submitted by you through official support channels.

• Maintain stable sticker loading performance and cross-device compatibility across all Android system versions and hardware brands;
• Fix crashes, loading defects and display bugs via anonymous crash diagnostic logs;
• Deliver free non-targeted in-app advertisements through Google AdMob to sustain free full-feature distribution of RexStick Stickers;
• Respond to voluntary user support feedback and resolve functional issues reported by users;
• Fulfill mandatory compliance, audit and disclosure requirements mandated by the Google Play Store marketplace.

RexStick Studio will never sell, rent, trade or license any anonymous device metadata or user feedback information to advertising agencies, data brokers or commercial third parties for monetary profit.

5. Third-Party SDKs & Data Sharing Rules

RexStick Stickers only integrates official Google LLC SDK services. All shared data is fully anonymized statistical data without personal user identifiers, protected by Google’s binding data protection agreements prohibiting unauthorized secondary disclosure.

5.1 List of Active Third-Party SDKs

• Google Firebase Crashlytics: Collect anonymous crash logs to improve App stability and sticker loading performance; this SDK cannot access any local device files, photos or private media.
• Google AdMob: Display non-personalized in-app advertisements, regulate ad frequency using anonymous GAID only.
• Google Play Billing: Process optional ad-free premium one-time purchases and subscriptions; all payment transaction data is securely stored and managed exclusively by Google LLC. RexStick Studio never stores any credit card, billing address or payment credentials on our backend servers.

5.2 Compelled Legal Disclosure Exception

We may release aggregated anonymous device statistics only when receiving valid court orders, official government regulatory subpoenas, or when disclosure is necessary to protect platform security, intellectual property rights and general user data safety.

6. Data Storage & Retention Policies

• Anonymous crash & usage analytics logs: Stored on encrypted Google cloud servers for a maximum retention period of twelve (12) calendar months, then permanently auto-deleted with no recovery option.
• User support feedback records: Saved for ninety (90) calendar days solely for follow-up technical support, fully purged from all internal databases after expiration.
• Local favorite sticker preferences: Saved only on your device local storage; all preference data is erased automatically when you clear the App’s storage cache or fully uninstall RexStick Stickers.

RexStick Stickers has no automatic cloud sync or silent background upload of local user data. No on-device user content or sticker favorites will be transmitted to remote servers unless you voluntarily submit feedback through the built-in support form.

7. Data Security Protection Measures

We implement industry-standard layered technical safeguards to protect anonymous device data from unauthorized access, interception and leakage:

• All network data transmission between your device and Google SDK backend servers uses TLS 1.3 end-to-end encryption to block data interception during transmission.
• Third-party SDK modules are fully isolated by Android system sandboxes and cannot access any local device files without explicit user storage permission (which this App never requests).
• Internal backend staff access controls require multi-factor identity verification and strict role-based access limits for aggregated anonymous log data only.
• Quarterly automated source code vulnerability scans are performed to eliminate potential security loopholes in advance of App updates.
• A formal data breach response protocol is enforced; all impacted users and relevant U.S. state regulators will receive written notification within 72 hours of detecting unauthorized data exposure, complying with American state data breach notification laws.

No digital transmission or cloud storage system can guarantee absolute 100% security. We recommend enabling screen lock or biometric authentication on your mobile device to prevent unauthorized physical access to your private device content.

8. Your Global Controllable Privacy Rights

• Disable anonymous crash log reporting and GAID advertising tracking through your Android native system privacy settings;
• Clear all local favorite sticker preferences and App cache via your device’s system application management panel;
• Fully uninstall RexStick Stickers at any time to erase all local on-device App data and terminate all future anonymous data collection originating from your hardware.

9. CCPA / CPRA Rights for California Residents (U.S.)

If you are a permanent resident of California, United States, you hold additional statutory privacy rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act:

• Right to Know: Submit a formal written request to receive full disclosure of all categories of anonymous device data collected linked to your GAID advertising identifier over the prior 12 months;
• Right to Delete: Request permanent full deletion of all anonymous crash and usage log data tied to your device advertising ID stored on third-party cloud servers;
• Right to Opt Out of Sale: RexStick Studio never sells any user information of any kind, so no separate opt-out process for data sales is required;
• Right to Non-Discrimination: Exercising your CCPA privacy rights will not restrict your full access to all free core sticker browsing and sharing features inside RexStick Stickers.

All formal CCPA disclosure or deletion requests submitted to our privacy email below will receive a verified written response within 30 calendar days upon identity validation.

10. COPPA Federal Children’s Privacy Rules (U.S.)

RexStick Stickers is designed, marketed and intended exclusively for users aged thirteen (13) years and older. This App is not targeted or advertised to minors under 13, fully compliant with U.S. federal COPPA regulations.

We will not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under 13 without verifiable written parental consent meeting strict COPPA identity verification standards. If you are a parent or legal guardian and discover your minor child has used RexStick Stickers without your formal approval, contact our privacy support email listed below. We will fully delete all child-related feedback and anonymous usage statistical data within 14 business days after successful guardian identity verification.

11. GDPR Protections for EEA, UK & Swiss Users

Users located within the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland receive full data subject rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You hold the legal right to object to data processing based on our legitimate business interest legal basis, request data portability, demand correction of inaccurate aggregated statistical data, and file a formal complaint with your local regional data protection supervisory authority if you believe RexStick Studio violates GDPR compliance standards.

All cross-border data transfers originating from European territories utilize European Commission officially approved Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to maintain equivalent data protection standards for EU users transferring data to United States-based Google cloud infrastructure.

12. Policy Amendments & Update Notification Rules

We reserve the unilateral legal right to revise, amend and update this Privacy Policy periodically to align with updated Google Play platform policies, U.S. federal/state privacy legislation, global cross-border data regulatory frameworks and RexStick Stickers feature updates.

Material policy revisions modifying data collection scope, third-party data sharing rules or privacy disclosure standards will be notified via in-app pop-up alerts at least 14 calendar days before the updated policy takes legal effect. Minor wording, formatting and grammatical edits will only refresh the “Last Updated” date label at the top of this document without separate advance user notifications.

Your continued active use of RexStick Stickers sticker browsing and sharing features after the revised policy effective date constitutes your full voluntary acceptance of all updated privacy clauses contained within this document.
